I hate to be a negative nelly, but if you look at Seemly.co.uk and review past sales of [location] + property . co.uk/.uk there are tons of sales, but no high value ones. Nokta did sell LondonPropertySearch.co.uk for £1,250. I would pitch your domain at £3K to £4K, with a view that you are willing to negotiate down to £3K or so.
