looking for drop catching software or hosted solution..

First posting here, so please be gentle!

Apart from Dropsystem, is there any one else in the UK who offers a hosted type solution for getting dropped names or a comprehensive self-hosted solution?

I'm looking at a number of options for offering such a service to users seeking a drop catching service, so welcome your suggestions as thinking if there are the tools out there already, better to buy something than start from scratch.
