Hi, I’m looking to buy a web business of some description, only really looking for a very established site with net profits of over 5k a month that can be backed up over a long period, needs to be easy to run day to day as I have other commitments. I have a budget of £xxx, xxx for the right site. Anything considered!

Cheers

Scott

I might be aiming a bit high, will consider anything with profits over £1000 a month.

Make sure you check out the adwords exposure.

A friend recently bought a site which had good profits, however, it was reliant on a lot of adwords spend to bring in the profits. Still it was a solid model and figures added up, the only catch was the time needed to deploy adwords correctly.

He looked at outsourcing but that took a big part of the profit away and made the investment borderline.

Probably something you know with xxx,xxx to spend, but worth mentioning none the less.

Not many businesses online run themselves, why not snap up 200 sites that do for £500 each that make a £5 plus a month, much more achieveable and a safer investment, plus you get 200 probably half decent domains.

Fiver a month, 12% yield, and all those domains as assets, does that sound to easy, or am I missing something?

Ok, no having much luck with any offers of sites, anything considered but must be low maintance and have proof of revenue.

Thanks

There's a possibility that as a new member, his request isn't given as much weight, so just thought i'd say to all that having dealt with Scott recently, he was very professional and i'd highly recommend him.

I will second that. Having dealt with Scott recently in regard to a £xxx, xxx purchase I can vouch for his professionalism, and that his stated budget is real.

Geo and Pro, just an idea but maybe worth punching his Rep button a little to make his green bar come come quicker and leave domain trader for him if you haven't already.

This will help him alot around here as it adds to his rep, I know I don't like dealing with red bars or small green.

Edit of small = or small

Hi Scott,

I am interested in selling this domain name and would also sell the website for www.dorsetoutdoors.co.uk. This would make a great guide to outdoor activities in Dorset, as companies are paying to feature on the site, but lack of promotional fund and time has led me to think about selling it.

I also have www.dorsetoutdoors.com

Please let me know if interested

Cheers
Vicky
