Hate webs like this. Offer free search then last minute you have to sign up, but they seem kosher. Not signing up but seems easy to find out what is trademarked or copyrighted and what isn't online.

I can confirm that the MagicFM domains are NOT trademarked. About 5 years ago EMAP tried it on and instructed a London firm of solicitors Slaughter and May to try and take them from me. We had a hearing and they LOST having spent thousands in legal fees. The ruling was that their "magic" radio stations were local stations and my domains were global and they had no rights whatsoever. If anybody is interested in the domains and concerned I have all the legal documents to prove there are no issues. I have owned the domains since 1997
