I suppose the option of a 3-way or more-way deal exists...

Larry has dom1.ext, dom2.ext.uk
Mo has dom5.ext, dom3.ext.uk
Curly has dom1.ext.uk, dom3.ext

Curly could arrange to trade with Larry, larry could complete mo's deal, and so on

You have to offer something that the other party wants. That's usually how deals get done.

Other than paying end user prices what other way is there? swaps for another name they like in my portfolio, i mean having one without the other is pretty useless as any buyer would want both, this has just happened with an inboind today but luckily enough I have both so its double whammy time :D
