Hi can anyone shed light on this ?
on some domains mcaffee virus protection refuses to connect to sedo offer pages. The message it gives is below.

    risky connection blocked
mcafee has blocked your pc from making a potentially risky connection.

    About this connection
    IP address 82.98.86.165
    program internet explorer

    Sedo

When net guard is activated on mcafee a large number of ip addresses relating to for sale pages are blocked by the firewall.

This is a huge problem and needs to be addressed.

Why are these addresses deemed to be risky by mcafee ?
If sedo can identify the addresses that are deemed risky can they change it so as the domains direct to an acceptable ip address ?

More and more antivirus companies are blocking affiliate tracking links etc and branding them as malware..
E.g 82.98.86.165 has 51,708 appearance(s) in spam e-mail or spam post urls Alot is reported as spam, fraud etc which probally doesn't help it...

Sedo probably no that but can or will they do anything about it is questionable..? Not a problem exclusive to sedo or a new one it’s a case of checking who your lying with so to speak some have been very loose in the past...
