Couple of weeks ago I was thinking about ranking of these two on G. Haven’t had much time, but still managed to do initial tests. Domains are equally keyworded (see my sig). For .org.uk I took Affilistore and got the feed, for me.uk took WP with affiliate links. I can do many things with WP SEO-wise (and I mean it) so situation is not entirely equal. Not much promotion, just one link each from one of my secondary PR3 sites. Both keywords are high competition combinations.

After two weeks position is:

Org.uk – already first page on G for the main keyword combination.
Me.uk – topping page 3 for the main combination.

At the moment results are: me.uk has potential equal to 30% of org.uk. Time permitting, I’ll try to get me.uk on the first page or first line in SERPs.

Are you testing the .me against the .org or affili against WP? There are lots of different possibilites for both, they are different domain names too!

Everything comes down to conversions, would be interested in the affilli/WP results so keep us posted...well done...

Thanks! I am testing me.uk against org.uk. I gave me.uk a head-start with WP. Keywords are different but with approximately same level of popularity.

Conversions: I’ll do my best, but this is my first ever affiliate or in fact B2C work. So I have few things to learn ;)
