If you found a domain with a popular mis-spelling which has 24,000 local and 88,000 global searches for the mis-spelling would it be worth buying ? It's for quite a niche area and unsure how easy to monetize.
 
Post it on here and you shall have your answer....

or spend about £6 and then ask everyone without the fear of losing it. But for the sake of such little outlay I think you need to weigh up everything that is happening in your life, like do you want to spend your kids inheritance (borrowed that off the tv)
 
I would never register a typo / mis-spelling just for the purpose of developing.

If you owned the correct spelling then it would probably be worth registering a popular mis-spelling.
 
Google offers correct spellings in search, so only relevant for type-in miss spelt(!) traffic
