My view is that you would struggle to sell these.
Who are you going to sell them to? How do the domains help them? How will they see a return on investment?
Niche generic tech names do not sell well in my opinion, and there are business reasons for that.

Also, any company specialising in Mobile UI will usually use a brand name.
If you have mobileuk.co.uk you are forgettable and non-distinctive.

What is the right price? I would say it is anything that gives you a profit, so I guess for either domain, anything being offered above £20. However, I think the chances of you ever being offered this are remote. However, I'd be happy to hear you managed to sell them, as well as being very surprised.

My view when registering the domains was that having the niche keywords as a forwarding domain could be used to help drive traffic towards your main website. e.g. if I was a web developer, having webdeveloper.co.uk redirecting to my personal website would be a great boost. Is that a naive point of view for such a niche area?

From experience I have found that very niche generic tech names can be very hard to sell, and I don't bother with them any more. There are sound reasons for this, but it would take me a while to explain. Briefly, it's to do with the relative benefit of owning something like mobileui.co.uk. The relative benefit of owning the niche generic, to say a dev agency looking for its next half a million pound dev contract, is negligible. They will be focused on branding and demonstrating expertise, they will use a unique name to do that. mobileui.co.uk won't help them at all as it is non-distinctive. Years ago there was a direct SEO benefit from the generic, but that is long gone, and with it any real reason to want the domain.
It's not a high value domain in my opinion. One thing you can do with it is create a site with mobile UI resources, but that won't be a great money-spinner, although it will get interest.
