I know some people like them and I think singular generic words, names, products etc can sell and from a seo point of view there fine… But apart from a few uk domainers( the other 99% of the domain world seams to not want them) without it being any of the above and no development think they are just hard work especially if all the other extension registered are either underveloped or up for sale you would have to ask yourself why …? Try and develop it get some figures, revenue etc otherwise think you will struggle to find a buyer
