Thats a great domain - I can't give you any direction on development (not my field) But, I can imagine a few dozen companies would quite like to own that as a catchy logo for advertising,

Have you thought about using a different parking provider? Adverts don't look targeted at all for me so would imagine the click-through rate must be terrible.

Would also be useful for you to find out the quality of the users, where they are from and what they are looking for. Could just be Chinese Central Television people are hoping to find...

Your right, In the past there has been a lot of china traffic, it has been as high as 2 & 3000 per month.
Put it with sedo to gauge interest.

Good move - i'd imagine Sedo with it's understanding of .tv domains will give this one some prominence
