After receiving a few emails about my other post I wanted to ask for an appraisal of morecambe.co.uk

What would you sell it for (or buy it for).

Around 45K population, 1.4K businesses, 200K broad search, bit touristy and a basic site that ranks well on the homepage but I assume makes little or no revenue? Low-ish £x,xxx

Ask Edwin (if he hasn't *cough* made an offer) and PhilipOrchard for an appraisal too.
