This is a classic case of a clever "brandable" domain. The domain only has value when someone decides they want it and make you an offer. For this reason, if you are going to run a portfolio of "brandables", you need to sell them at high prices, as offers will only come once in a blue moon, if at all. For that reason I would look to sell it at £2k, but you'll be very lucky if you ever do that, but you never know. Until the offer comes it's just got hypothetical value. Running brandable portfolios is only for those with deep pockets.

There's also the issue that this domain may be difficult to spell for many. I would actively market this domain early on and I would not be inclined to sit on it (unless you can afford to easily).
