My DRS response

I didn't understand:

"Baring this in mind and for someone who has registered even 1,000 generic domains the odds of a DRS case is just the same as if they had registered just 1 abusive domain."

Also I would strongly encourage all Acorn members to submit something along the same lines via the Nominet DRS survey before Friday:
If you released your submission into the public domain or under a free licence an appropriate Creative Commons License you would make it easier for people to submit something along the same lines to Nominet using your response as a base on which to work.

Using the Dispute Resolution Service for .uk domain names

Just been looking through the current responses and only a small number appear to be submitted by domainers. It is in your interest to respond as going by some of the responses, PPC and reselling of domains could end up being treated as abusive registration by default.

Updating the .uk Dispute Resolution Service

Thanks for the feedback guys.

I have made a few changes and added my reply to Questions 6 and 7 (refresh).

I will try and make a summary template for other domainers to use.

I agree with Mofo it now seems even Tony Willoughby's partners are now submitting DRS responses:
