Something simular is happen to the company I work for, I work for red bull design, nothing to do with the drinks and we are called 'red bull design' not 'red bull' and are just a small design company. Red Bull the drinks company are wanting us to give them our domain name redbulldesign.co.uk......would you? or would you want to face a court case?

Since you are clearly not anything to do with Energy Drinks, then I would initially say that you could genuinely fight off this case...

...but with all Nominet matters these days, it just seems luck of the draw unfortunately, especially when dealing with a big corporation...

Have they initiated a DRS or what communications (letters etc.) have they sent you -- we can then better advise you...
