New website (jan this year) often rank well for a few months and than disappear. Its called the sandbox effect. Some people say it exists and some say it does not.

If your site is utter crap, yes. If it is useful and contains unique interesting information then it won't be sandboxed.

Well, it's currently no4 on Bing. Still building up the site really, writing content and adding relevant backlinks. There does seem to be a bit of Google Shuffle unless you're one of the Big Boys.
