Can't blame them for countersuing - still amazes me how many large companies (probably with their own legal departments) still don't understand the rules regarding instigating negotiations in the first instance - then attempting a udrp when the price isn't to their liking. Nice to see Telepaphy won judgement + $50,000 in their last case - can see them having exactly the same outcome again
