I need a decent and natural link building service provider for a .com site in the secured loans sector ?

Everything is in place in terms of content and fulfilment partner etc..

Any suggestions on a provider and or guidance/ideas of what I should be looking to pay to get the site ranking on pg1/2 for lead gen?

I just want to get an feel for cost so that I can weigh up costs against advertising campaign.

I would normally do it myself but currently don't have the time.
