Can anyone advise how to decipher the data on this page?

I'm looking at hosts peered with nominet and have a couple but I have no idea what all the info means on the above page.

What are you stuck with?
The names you dont recognise just google.
A lot of the peers are connectivity providers (UKGRID, BT, Telstra, HE) and ISPs (Enta, BT, Plusnet, F2S). Throw in a few public exchanges (Linx and Lonap etc) and you have removed a big lump from the list.
Though that list is not the be all and end all, I know of one peer who isnt on the list who I take connectivity off and I get a very direct route to nom (0.9ms through a virtual server)
