You can now search for fixed priced domains by going to the Advanced Search and selecting “Fixed price only” from the “Listing Type” option.
 
Sounds good. Can you please confirm that sellers can't send a fixed price listing to auction i.e. if you meet the fixed price they're instantaneously obligated to sell? Saves me wasting my time if not...
 
I sold a fixed price domain recently on Sedo and simply received an e-mail to say it had sold and the domain immediately appeared in the "Transfer Centre".

There was no option to send it to auction and I was obligated to sell it, which of course is the way it should be.
 
A fixed price is a buy it now price. No negotiations are possible through the system.

If you don't agree with the price you could always get your account manager to contact the owner to try and negotiate a lower price.
