I just got an iphone 4s couple of weeks ago, before that I had my old phone for about 7 years.
This afternoon I downloaded an Iphone app for a guitar tuner because my old tuner is pretty beat up and temperamental.
I'm pleased at getting a new guitar tuner for free
It hit me pretty quickly though that damn, If I was in the business of manufacturing guitar tuners an app pretty much just killed my business :-|
I thought the same the other month when I searched for my IP address on google and was presented with it right there on the top of the search page without having to click on a site in the resultd..
With one little update google pretty much killed off all those sites that were made just to show you your IP address. Poor old site owners
Funny how businesses can become irrelevant so easily.
