I'm not sure how I'm "acting silly", surely getting in direct contact with Nintendo's copyright and trademark department shows my seriousness and intent with the matter?

When I started I seem to recall regging a certain action superhero, in the org.uk, who shall remain nameless.

I though it might be quite catchy for a creepy crawly/pest control business..

...alas, I saw sense and my 'marvel' never materialised ! :)
