Domain itself I would value at "reg fee"

(No sell on potential as the nom transfer fee is higher than the reg fee.)

I'm not that much against hyphens as a lot of people seem to be on here but when was the last time you saw a site with four hyphens with a good ranking ?

edit: Thanks for posting - I think your comments are well made and fairly made too. I do appreciate your feedback and, even though I registered here years ago, I have been busy with other stuff away from domains so I loads to learn.

edit: what I really should be doing is developing some of the domains I bought in 1999. Gawd, I wish I had taken it seriously then!
