Nominet Data Release Request

Just received notice from Nominet that they provided my contact details for a domain to a firm of IP solicitors pursuant to section 8 of the Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration.

Is it possible to get a copy of the request that was made to Nominet under section 8, or to find out more information behind this request? If so, how?

I'm sure the last time I had one, it listed who had made the request on the email ?

Thats about all they tell you as the request doesn't detail much more (so I'm told) the form basically says we believe we have legit cause to pursue this person, give us the information under X, Y and Z. It doesn't say what their cause is or anything, unless this has changed.

It does require the requestor to explain "the reason you are requesting the non-public data."
