Anyone else getting fed up with this nonsense? I am getting the same email everyday, the attached spreadsheet only contains one domain (which is parked!)

Dear registrar,

Nominet has received data that indicates one or more domains under your management have been associated with abuse such as malware, phishing or spam.

The attached file contains information regarding the affected domains and the source of the information where possible.

Please take appropriate action on this information to mitigate the issue(s). Information on recommended actions can be found in registrar resources http://registrars.nominet.uk/namespace/uk/domain-health-service-information.

The Domain Health portal in online services contains more information on abuse found on your tags including a Domain Health score and how your tags rank with other tags of a similar size. You can also opt to use an API to access this information or edit recipient details of further similar emails in the email preferences section.

Many thanks,

Nominet

Yes this system is a pile of junk and many complaints regarding this via the nominet forum just send them a email moaning they wont do anything yet...

I have the same issue and called Nominet to query it. If source is anonymous, data can't be corrected. In this situation the service is almost pointless. Nominet suggestion, is to use a separate email address for Domain Health, and check occasionally or switch off email notifications and access DH through Online Services.

There is a cycle of notifications, so emails may cease after a number of days if data source thinks the problem is fixed. I was told they are looking for a solution.

Russell Haworth gets a new Koi carp for every 10 emails sent out. He's just taken charge of a new pond..... expect a lot more.
* Disclaimer: this is probably not true. He probably doesn't even have a pond next to his ornamental grand piano in his mansion at all.
