Usually .com domains can be pushed to a member on the registrars site and the new owner can just change the details. It's not that difficult like other TLDs.

There is no paperwork with .coms

Its all done with release keys to transfer to other registrars. Should give you all in the info on your current registrars site.

The person who receives the .com will have to automaticly renew it for another year and will get charged the standard rate.
