Just checked it using a free VPN (expatshield) and the site shows up just fine. So for any non UK folks looking to buy a campervan when you are blocked from the site, just install expatshield 
I use it for watching iplayer and 4od etc. It gives an IP from Douglas, Isle of Man, last time I checked
