Note book, shall i buy this

Should i buy this Note book it's only for browsing and using for when i go away.

Not sure about 512mb of RAM, do need more as it is only for low usage, i won't be sticking loads of videos on it.

I only have £150 to £200 budget.

Does look pretty cool though
