I see on your site that you're selling 1.nf. How will the subdomains keep working after the main 1.nf domain is sold?

right. This will be solved by contract.
Currently I'm considering both variants - selling 1.nf or selling unique subdomains with it, aspecially things like 2.1.nf of a.1.nf

If I get sold enough of this I will keep 1.nf since it is really a very very rare domain and almost impossible to get one if you will not invest some 4000 USD (1.tc is free at 3000GBP, but also takes 3000GBP/year).
