Hi All,

Usual check on the prevailing market price for things: I have had an initial offer on this domain - and we've negotiated up, with the above price being a revised offer.

I have £5k in my mind - so am holding off. Do you think the offer is fair enough or a little shy of what it should go for to a good end user?

Cheers, Nick.

I would take the Money bird in the hand and all that springs to mind

Used to be a chain on shoe shops called Olivers, don't know if they are still going.

Personally I'd be happy with £3750, wouldn't have expected to make that much for that particular domain.

It's a plural name, if someone came in and offered £3750 for haileys.co.uk I'd bite their hand off haha do a check on the buyer as always, check companies named o livers, see how many there are, see if it's possible to get a bidding war, I'd sell unless PPC is worth the wait.

not been a big money domainer - all this is relative - based on £?? invetsment whats the return like - think in property terms, if your looking to buy another(s) and someone offers you 3 times what you paid for your house what you going to do?
you could get a fair number of other domains for £4k ish

just my thoughts

Ta all for the advice - as usual will let you know how I get on by post or pm to you all. Cheers, Nick.
