Not a domains pro, just want to buy a specific one. Owner has it pointed at a saw.com offer page with a $2k minimum. I know when it was registered, so my offer would definitely be at a profit for him - just not near $2k!

I know the owner is @foz - have sent a DM but no reply.

Any ideas on how to contact?

Just because its a minimum offer of 2k, doesnt mean thats what he'd accept, it just means that enables you to have a conversation to try and buy it.

What he profits or doesnt is totally irrelevent, just like any other business or sale of an asset.

What Adam said, minimum prices are mostly a starting point, it's the same on mine and most other sites, and you knowing when the domain was registered, has no bearing on the price of the domain or the profit margin.

My own site says:

The minimum offer for any domain is 25% of the listed price, and just for clarity, as some people think that's the reserve, It's not, that's just the lowest offer you'll need to make in order to get a response from me. I'll send you a counter offer that's lower than the listed price, we can take it from there and hopefully agree on a price.
