Could one obtain a "SW" mark as a stepping stone to a "WO" mark (down the line)?

Don't think so because the words are so used by other people already. Maybe 16 years ago, but not now.

If this goes ahead I will be trademarking "hgv.co.uk" as a combination of words. I will be trademarking my top 15 names like that. Then I can sue Nominet and the new owner for dilution of my mark in commerce.

2 Amercian's have already said to me they will file in the United States Federal Court against ICANN and Nominet. ICANN for allowing Nominet to do this and diluting their marks.

If Nominet think 10 puppets in a room can do this as Nom towers, well naive is the kindest words I will give them.
