Not easy to say - but guess what 123-reg actually took care of a domain I'd left in my 'Cart' and hadn't renewed.
Yep - contacted 123-reg today about a domain (thought I'd renewed) All down to my own Stupid (And admit financial) ability at times. Would've dropped tomorrow But, I wanted to Keep. Robert at 123-reg Not only escalated but stayed on line until it was taken care of (gave me two years gracious reg as well ) Yep I'm still stunned - and it's a Saturday.
*There is a longer story as to why it stayed in the Cart - but it was my oversight as to why it didn't renew.
*123-reg delete domains two days from accounts prior to nominets deletion date. it's been their practice for a while - whether you agree with it or not. I did know about it
