a few months ago i got a legal letter form p/r/a/d/a asking me to remove the content from a website i have and hand over the domain to them (it relates to their phone)

i removed all content and put up a simple holding page that says that the
domain is nothing to do with p/r/a/d/a s p a (theres nothing else on the site)

someone has made an offer on the domain, but p/r/a/d/a are still emailing me
telling me to give them to the domain.

should i just GIVE them the domain? should i sell it and run? should i tell p/r/a/d/a i want paying before i hand it over?

any advice appreciated.

Maybe it's p that made the offer. To whomever made the offer simply write, it's not realy for sale but Maggie Thatcher sold the utilities off...
