After a post in the sales section I've had a lot of interest for these two names as a pair. Your ideas as to value would be much appreciated.

Also Rainforests.co.uk which averages something like 130 unique users p.m.

Thanks

Paintballs.co.uk is a great domain. You might have to hold out a long time for the right buyer, but if you find them I'd say about £2K.

It's one of those names that a comany would like, to make them look a big player in that buisness. But they are unlikely to pay much more than that, just to look cool. Downside, the plural isn't a type-in.

Thanks.

Out of interest, how do you know whether the plural is a type-in? I tend to look at the Overture keyword tool but as I understand it, overture ignores plurals and lumps them in with the singular.

When I had a counter on it I got fairly decent traffic numbers from people looking to buy paintballs online whereas type-ins for the singular would presumably people looking for a paintball site to play at.

If you search for the domain + extension ie. paintballs.co.uk then it doesnt lump the plurals/non plurals together it looks for an exact match.

Its interesting - I would have thought paintballs would have got more hits but I have now switched both names to Sedo and paintballguns gets significantly more traffic - looking like 200 unique users pm compared to around 30. I think you are right that paintballs looks good for a company in the industry but the other gets more traffic.

Anyway, offers invited for either/the pair.

Thanks

Jon

paintballs is better then paintball if you sell paint balls (rather than running a paintball centre)! i.e. someone must supply the paintballs to the paintball centres.
