Wanted: Domain Appraisal Party Tents Value?

Caught today, seems to be plenty of affiliate opportunities and end users.

partytents/org/uk the /co/uk is parked

I have been collecting tent related domains so probably will try and develop in 2012, these tents/marquees retail from £60 into the £1000's so should make a good affiliate site even with the /org/uk extension.

Any thoughts on flip value or domain potential?

I have heard these called party tents and marquees, I think marquees is the more popular term though.

Any thoughts on flip value or domain potential?

£20 to £40 to a fellow domainer who wants to build an AdSense site on it. It's fine for an AdSense site but I'd be surprised if you could sell it for more than £40.
