Only put it live yesterday, was looking for any ideas for development and value

You've put a nice site on it, but personally I feel it's a very niche site and I can't see it being a major revenue generator. I just think it would not occur to most people to use it.

dont know on a value, its a good script all the same though, but would be great if it could be updated/give guidance on the various flavours of password strength required for different scenarios

not good at that bit lol, would be willing to offload if something took my eye, if not i would look to maybe try and find products to link it with, maybe password manager software etc

Try and add more pages, could be password related news (ie: x people hacked every day says new research)

Yes, maybe making it all encompassing could be useful. Password generator, as well as maybe a "bugmenot" feature, where people are allowed to provide throw away passwords for general use sites:
