Is anyone having problems with paypal closing accounts?

Thanks to the people who suggested Stripe. I have set up an account - will people with paypal accounts be able to pay via stripe or are they credit card only?

Stripe is a credit card processor only, but they do support Google/Apple Pay as a one click payment option.
It depends on how it is integrated with your system. It is very versatile and incredibly widely used.
You need to be mindful of chargebacks and maybe factor a percentage into your cost of doing business.

I'm often surprised by how many brands/online shops use Stripe.
I have an Amex card and these have an interesting quirk: I get an instant notification when I make a payment which often just says "stripe" and the amount, revealing that the merchant is in fact using Stripe despite this being completely hidden.
The transaction changes to the merchant's name in a matter of minutes within the Amex app, but that's how I could see how widely Stripe is used in so many different types of businesses for both one off and recurring payments.

Thanks. I'm testing an integration now - I don't mind people knowing it's stripe. In fact I'm using their hosted page. It all looks pretty straight forward.
