Hi

would using a server peered to nominet increase your speed?

It sounds like it would, but does anyone know different?

I guess for the big catchers out there it would be worth having their own linx memberships and peering direct, but at 1850 a go, not for me lol

Just heard that Telecity west will be the linx location number 11 in the near future, would the extra mile closer be better than the other 10?

There is a significant amount more to a decent network than just peering but yes it can help, equally it can hinder if not done right...
