Did try 1and1, what a bunch on tw*ts, cancelled hosting plan after 48hours after spending 20mins going from pillar to post in their outsourced support teams just trying to speaking to Customer Services - no replies to emails either - and then took three calls to get to speak to their Cancellation team (the only one in the UK, and the only one with an ironic automated message about high demand for this service and held in a queue ) who promptly cancelled the service without even asking why I wanted to cancel!

Ive talked to one of the main guys there briefly. Seems reasonably knowledgeable. I did spot them advertising in some places you pickup some lower quality customers. Cant really pass comment on their service much other than im 100% sure they will be a lot better that 1und1!

Cheers Jimm - found them on Google when searching for multisite hosting - price seems reasonable, so far all ok.

Their customer services seems pretty good. Had some questions as a first time user and had live chat support til after midnight then sent an email at 2am and got a response 10mins later (UK too!) with an answer.

Just nice to speak to a 24/7 support team in the UK (nothing against overseas support centres - it's my bread and butter -but too many companies don't know how to do it right which creates all the bloody hassle)
