Placement of google search

I am finding that placing the google search within the body of the text even at the bottom gets far more queries than on a separate section.

Comparing for example http://www.socialnetwork.co.uk with the search box on the right hand panel and Aston-Martin.co.uk - your Aston martin resource with the search in the main body of text. Of course I have compared on the same domain, but have shown you the two for illustrative purposes.
