1. If 3d games take off in the future then it could be worth a few hundred, however if you was a games developer,would you spend thousands developing a 3d game just to give it away :?:

2. This is to specific and even if 3d games become established then I still think this wouldn't be worth a lot, it would be best to develop this yourself in the future.
