Estibot is totally worthless - please do NOT use it's ridiculous values as an indication of a domain's worth. I wish this site would shut down it's disgusting and only causes new entrants in the market to waste money.
On another note, as has already been pointed out, realtor is not a word used in UK. I took a look at the site you mentioned and they have the most awful domain for their business. As said one business using a terrible domain does not make the term worth anything.
Language issues are a common value barrior : realtor-estate agent, color-colour, trash-rubbish etc When buying uk domains it is best to have the uk term.

Unfortunately you have used a US word, realtor, combined with the UK extension. Sorry, but I think you will find it hard to sell this domain.

Also, this domain cannot differentiate a business in the marketplace, and that is an important factor for value.

has anyone ever sold a domain matching, or anywhere near, an Estibot valuation? Domains valued as low as $6000 are probably rare.
