With a domain appraisal value of $42,100 and an appraisal accuracy of 80% then it must be worth $33,680.

I would list it with a $30,000 buy it now price for a quick sale. Buyer pays Nominet fee obviously.
 
I think that's too cheap - an end user might be prepared to pay up to $100,000 for a domain like this so I would start at $50,000 (buyer still pays nom though)

Thanks all for your inputs, is domain appraisal value so accurate and should be taken up that seriously?

How much time on an average time domain takes to sell considering I am not owing exceptional domains.

Is flippa any good for quick sale for such domains ?
 
Automated appraisal tools aren't worth using values they give are mostly useless.
In regards to your domain its most likely worthless unless you were extremely lucky and someone decided they wanted it as a brand
