I'm looking to rent a PO Box, preferably located in the UK, with mail forwarding of some sort, and as cheap as possible.

Can't see you getting anything cheaper than royal mail mate.
Believe me I have looked.

google "uk mailing address" for others like regus & mailboxuk but Royal mail would be best best.
