Afternoon,

PodCastForums.co.uk

is for sale for £150 - Bargain

ha ha - suckered right in to that one!!

Podcastforums.co.uk implies it's a link exchange for Podcast Forums. Podcastforum.co.uk would get my vote.

not too bad really - 3 words which aint great but unavoidable in this case.
overture results are good. its the debateable "s" again

no idea on value - sorry

not my deal - i know nothing about podcasts showing my age now :?

I'd never heard of them 'til the news last night actually...news travels fast! Three words in this case are unavoidable and the pluralisation of the 'forum' implies that it could be used as a directory etc...

Maybe, acorndomains could use it as a forum for pod casts to get more people involved??

Lex, use www.netimperative.com to keep up with the times mate, Podcasting has been around for a few years now. Once it's on the 10 O'Clock news your too late (cos I will have got there first).

good link, cheers! What d'ya reckon it's value is?

More than reg fee??? I hope!

Thing is, I don't think it's a commercial name - someone might want to start a Podcast Forum, but would it be a business venture?

Personally, and in my experience I dont think they'd be prepared to offer over £50 - £100 for it.

Ratty's right

Forums are communities and not commercial ventures

OK there's money in communities for definate but ppl use forums for relaxing, swapping ideas and simply communicating. If you start ramming ads down their faces as soon as you log on, they'll be off somewhere else

There's bound to be money in having a few ads on the site that involves subscriptions...to either, online music stores, music software packages, online magazines in the area etc..

Hasn't really got too commercial yet so I'm guessing that there is a market for the right group or business!! Someone might want it...Is sedo the best place to sell a name??

Lex if you want to make £10 yes (after losing £100 to Sedo)

What do the overture results tell one?

Podcast forums got 378 results...is that any good?

Lex
