a few weeks ago i tried to get a deleted domain at pool.

why do they ask $40 bucks for it.

if you buy a new .com you pay $8 bucks

why do they ask $40 bucks for it.

if you buy a new .com you pay $8 bucks

because they have to go to the trouble of catching it for you, or they have to pay of some registrar to give it to them, $40 is nothing for a dropped domain...you'd probably find it went to auction too and sold for much more if it was 1/2 decent.
