I went to the post office today, saw some old guy bought in the wrong form, and the staffs shouted idiot to him, it was really rude to treat I elderly man I thought.
Then a guy came in jump the queue, everyone was complaining, but instead ended up the staff was shouting at us queueing and threatening that we won't be serve.
I had enough and decided I shouldn't keep quiet and so I filed a complain about them, if everyone see unfairness and take action about it, we will all live in a better society.

but if only everyone spoke up, problem I've found is for eg, on a busy train a p*ss head is causing trouble, I say something to him and instead of others backing me, they're trying to climb over each other to get out the way
