Hi, I'm selling a niche adult blog which is in a pretty much uncontended and weird but it's popular.

It's a PR2 and almost all the traffic comes from google and yahoo and has made 1 sale with incredible dollars. On average it gets about 80 unique visitors a day.
I'm looking for around £50 for this, domain is at namecheap.
