Website design showcase and CSS gallery, as well as entrepreneur resources related to design - branding, identity, and promotional campaign material.
I've owned the site for 6 months and have done nothing with it as I am too busy on other projects.
There are 3 revenue streams:
1) Adsense - not a great earner but what little clicks I get the CPC is around $2! For the sake of my valuation I have estimated earnings of $0 per month via Adsense as I think the main revenue will come from selling links and reviews as advertisers are interested in the sites PR and visual look/appeal.
2) Selling links - in January earnings were $18, February $25, March $30, April $53 (so far) so average $31.50 and rising.
3) Selling reviews - the site is basically a place where graphic designers/website designers can showcase their skills. When I first got the site I charged up to $25 per review - copy/image supplied by the site being reviewed. I've had repeat customers asking for the same again but have been too lazy to chase these up but it would be easy to post 1 review per week and charge $25 per review + temporary link. For the sake of my valuation I have estimated earnings of $25 per month which is very conservative.
This site has loads of scope to earn a decent revenue - it just needs a bit of love and attention. It would probably be best in the hands of someone with a genuine interest in graphic/website design.
With a little work this site could easily earn £100-£200 per month.
I'll be glad to show how to create the posts, add images, links etc. It's dead easy.
